5. Orders and Pricing
The following terms apply to all purchases made through this online store:
- All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time your order is placed will be honored.
- Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address and/or WhatsApp after successful payment verification, typically within 1x24 business hours during business days (Monday through Friday).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete.
6. Resellers and Distributor Terms
Authorized resellers and distributors must:
- Not make unauthorized medical claims
- Follow BPOM-compliant marketing language
- Maintain proper storage conditions
- Sell products in original packaging only
We reserve the right to terminate partnerships for non-compliance.
Resellers are independently responsible for local licensing and tax compliance.
7. Payment via Midtrans
All payment transactions on this store are processed securely through Midtrans, a licensed Payment Service Provider (Penyedia Jasa Pembayaran) regulated by Bank Indonesia. The following terms apply:
- Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer (Virtual Account BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, DANA, LinkAja), and Alfamart/Indomaret over-the-counter payment.
- Payment must be completed within the time limit displayed at checkout. Orders with expired payment instructions will be automatically cancelled.
- Midtrans employs industry-standard SSL encryption and complies with Bank Indonesia regulations on electronic payment systems. We do not store your full payment credentials on our servers.
- In the event of a payment dispute, please contact our customer service team. We will coordinate with Midtrans to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- By using the payment gateway, you also agree to Midtrans’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available at midtrans.com.
Note: Midtrans is a product of PT Midtrans (a GoTo Financial company), licensed by Bank Indonesia as a Payment Service Provider.
8. Shipping and Delivery via Biteship
We use Biteship as our shipping aggregation platform to facilitate delivery of your orders. Biteship connects our store with multiple courier partners across Indonesia, including but not limited to JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, AnterAja, Ninja Express, GoSend, and Grab Express. The available couriers and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the destination address, package weight and dimensions, and your chosen courier. Estimated delivery times are provided by the respective courier and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. -
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. -
Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. Any re-delivery costs resulting from an incorrect address will be borne by the customer. -
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in raising a claim with the relevant courier through Biteship. Our ability to resolve such cases is subject to the courier's claims policy. -
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your shipment directly through the courier's website or via Biteship's tracking portal.
9. Export Market Clause
For international orders:
- Customers/importers are responsible for compliance with destination country regulations.
- We do not guarantee customs clearance.
- Additional duties, taxes, or import restrictions are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Products may not be registered as medicine in other jurisdictions.
10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Subject to the conditions below, you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs or video. Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error. -
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through Midtrans to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you by email once your refund has been initiated.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 (thirty) calendar days, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia or, by mutual agreement, to the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia / BANI). Consumer disputes may also be resolved through the National Consumer Protection Agency (BPKN) or local Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK).
