Product returns

All EA Botanicals products are manufactured to meet the strict quality assurance
and scientific standards required by the Indonesian Government. Every order
leaves our warehouse in perfect condition and is carefully inspected before
dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient. In
keeping with our quality assurance standards and the nature of health and
wellness products, we are unable to offer refunds on purchases made through this
website.

However exchanges or replacements will be considered in case the wrong
product was shipped.

In all other cases, products are sold on a no return basis. This policy exists to protect
the safety and integrity of our products, as we cannot resell items that may have
been tampered with.

All products are shipped by PT. Cahaya Sehat Alami, Indonesia.
