Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Subject to the conditions below, you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Eligible Returns
  Returns are accepted in the following circumstances:
  - The item received is defective or damaged upon delivery
  - The wrong item was delivered
  - The item does not match the description on our website
• Non-Eligible Returns
  Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
  - Change of mind after purchase
  - Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  - Items returned beyond the 7-day return window
• Return Process
  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs or video. Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds
  Approved refunds will be processed through Midtrans to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you by email once your refund has been initiated.
